Very long delivery time, food was nice and cold, and it happened to me twice. Friday and Saturday. On the phone they say that the food will be delivered in 50 minutes, and we got the food after 2 hours. So not for me anymore ...

Deal brought, pizza rolls were probably "sold out", so they were delivered without rolls without notice, but full price paid anyway. Prices are outrageously high, but quality is not great. Bad enough that there are no more schnitzel. From now on even a delivery fee, PayPal is no longer available. With that, Joker died for me.

The food has always been super delicious and 5 stars would be appropriate for the food ... BUT for the 2nd time we waited over 1.5 hours for our food, which should take between 30 and 60 minutes. In addition, I have french fries that I have canceled delivered and charged (but this was clarified after a call). When I turn a blind eye, the burgers were just lukewarm and the topping of the pizza was stuck to the cardboard lid of the pizza box. Yes, anything can happen, but now for the 2nd time in a row .... sorry, that does not work and there is also an unsuccessful driver search or Corona or whatever NO EXCUSE! As I said, the food was always great, but unfortunately the waiting times are a no go or you have to tell the customer that it's 1.5 hours. lasts, then I can decide whether my children want / can wait that long! In our case, we will now seek our luck with other delivery services for a while. Stay healthy

I have to say the food is very good, the staff very nice. but that doesn't work, although I can understand it very well at the moment It is difficult, if you should get who you promise in 40 minutes then it should not be delivered after 2 1/2 hours. As I said the food is good and so is the service. but please make promises that you can keep if it is possible! I will happily continue to order from you, but I hope that you will find a good solution during this time. I can also well imagine that your good cooks are under a lot of pressure, they should be praised more often, especially now, so that they do not lose their passion for their job, would be a shame, because everything has been very good so far (with exceptions) . :) Keep it up while eating :) Please stay healthy. The Pizza Joker team was the savior, if not the phoenix, of the Corona era. I really like the oriental style that you can taste on some of the fantastic dishes. Attention is paid to seasoning. Delivery is amazingly fast, 45 minutes are promised, delivery was partly in 27 minutes. On average, they keep their word. Telephone service is terrific, and one pays attention to a calm temperature, and not incompetent such as "biddeschön?" Greetings from Dieburg, and stay tuned! Great! Addendum: Here one makes sure that the eye "eats with". The burger or salad packaging is not cheap white PVC plastic, but sturdy materials that you are happy to open.

Often already ordered and always really delicious, today I have a bit to complain about, because today the fries weren't as we are used to from Pizza Joker ... too mushy and little salt, you can do that better;) despite everything very friendly, delivery really fast and driver always top .. 👍🏻

Staff was very friendly, order came super quickly. The burger sauce was super tasty, nachos very intensely spicy and the pizza was also perfect. Absolutely convinced :-)

After I ordered several times within a couple of weeks, the boss came by personally with his luxury car to deliver. And only to let me know that I should tip his "great" drivers (who ring every time, even though they are supposed to call). In times of Corona, however, I will not give any strangers change change. The delivery is also contactless. As a sensible boss, you can pay your employees decent wages instead of bathing in luxury goods. By the way, the pizza is very tasty and I think it's a shame that I won't order there again!

Pizza Joker ordered in Rödermark and completely satisfied. Delivery came very quickly and everything was correct. The most important thing: It tasted great! I can only recommend everyone!

Been there after visiting the Münster Zoo. Staff was very friendly to us. The pizza was ready very quickly despite a large crowd. It also fed us well. In all, a very nice shop.

We have often ordered from Pizza Joker in Münster and were mostly very satisfied. The burgers are very tasty, well filled and have delicious sauces to choose from. Unfortunately, the quality of the fries has varied a lot lately. Today we got fries that were almost cold and tasted like they had been warmed up yesterday and in the microwave. This is an outrage.

I'm just excited. I got my food hot and delivered within 30 minutes. The driver was also very nice and polite, you rarely see something like this !!!! Dear Joker Team, you have earned more than 5 stars.

In my view, the team at Pizzeria Joker in Münster is UNBEATABLE !. The options are very good, delivery so far always very fast, pizza was always hot on arrival. Simply tasty TOP! Prices good to cheap compared to other delivery services.
